OneTimeResume provides AI-powered resume optimization services. We use artificial intelligence to enhance resume content, improve ATS compatibility, and tailor resumes to specific job descriptions. The Service is provided for a one-time fee of $5 per optimization.

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be a United States resident
• Create an account using valid information
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Payment Terms

Our Service requires a one-time payment of $5 USD per optimization:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required before AI processing begins
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
• Resell or redistribute optimized resumes for commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your resume content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for optimization purposes.

Our Service: All aspects of the Service, including AI algorithms, website design, and branding, are owned by OneTimeResume and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to enhance and optimize resumes. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are responsible for the final content of your resume
• Results may vary based on input quality and job requirements
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placement

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Job placement or interview success

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($5).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneTimeResume, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Data Processing

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your resume data will be processed by AI systems (OpenAI)
• We implement security measures to protect your data
• Your data is retained to allow you to access your results
• You can request data deletion at any time

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change pricing with notice for future transactions
• Update features and functionality
• Implement usage limits if necessary

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment or payment disputes

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
